The most famous and known dinosaurs of all time are undoubtedly the large meat-eaters.
The members of the Tyrannosauridae genus includes species such as Nanotyrannus, Tarbosaurus, Tyrannosaurus rex, Gorgosaurus and Albertosaurus.
They all lived in the Late Cretaceous Period about 80 million years ago for a period of 15 Million years in North America and Central Asia.
Tyrannosaurus had a small and distinctive two-fingered hand on strangely thin arms, appearing useless.
Their skulls were large in comparison to their body size, and with their giant jaws they had an extremely powerful bite. Probably the strongest bite of all animals ever.
